#Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants must provide accurate product/service information
Merchants are responsible for fulfilling their orders
Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Merchants must maintain accurate pricing and availability

#Product & Service Listing Guidelines

All merchants must adhere to the following guidelines when listing products or services on Amdavad Buys:

Provide accurate and truthful descriptions of products/services
Use high-quality, authentic images that represent the actual product/service
Set fair and competitive pricing
Clearly mention availability and delivery timelines
Include all relevant product specifications and service details
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Do not list prohibited items (illegal goods, counterfeit products, etc.)
Maintain professional communication with customers
Honor advertised prices and service commitments
Update listings promptly when products/services are unavailable

Note: Listings that violate these guidelines may be subject to removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.

#Review & Reporting Policy

Customer Reviews

Customers can leave honest reviews based on their experience
Reviews must be factual and related to the product/service purchased
Fake reviews, spam, or abusive language are prohibited
Merchants cannot incentivize positive reviews or penalize negative ones

Reporting System

Users can report inappropriate listings, fake products, or poor service
All reports are investigated by our moderation team
False or malicious reports may result in account penalties
Merchants have the right to respond to reports and reviews

Review Thresholds

Products, services, or shops may face automatic review if they receive:

5 or more negative reviews (2 stars or below) within 30 days
10 or more customer reports within 60 days
Average rating below 2.5 stars with minimum 10 reviews
Multiple reports of the same issue (fake products, poor service, etc.)

#Enforcement Actions

Based on the severity and frequency of violations, Amdavad Buys may take the following actions:

Warning & Notice

First-time minor violations
Opportunity to rectify issues within 7 days
Merchant education and guidance provided

Temporary Suspension

Listings hidden from search results for 7-30 days
Applied for repeated violations or moderate issues
Merchant must address all reported issues before reactivation
May affect shop's overall visibility and ranking

Permanent Removal

Specific products/services permanently delisted
Applied for serious violations or repeated offenses
No reinstatement without significant corrective measures

Account Termination

Complete shop and merchant account banned
Applied for severe violations, fraud, or illegal activities
All listings permanently removed
No appeal or reinstatement possible

Appeal Process

Merchants may appeal enforcement actions within 15 days by contacting our support team with relevant evidence and corrective measures taken. All appeals are reviewed by senior moderators within 5-7 business days.

Good Standing Benefits

Merchants maintaining high ratings (4+ stars) and zero violations for 6+ months receive priority support, featured listings opportunities, and reduced review thresholds.
